Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may send your unused Rug back to us in the same manner they were received within 30 days.  We do not accept any returns after 30 days.   

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns 

How to return:

Simply email us and we will provide you the shipping address and an Authorized RMA number

*Please note there will be a 5% restocking fee applied to all returns.
